Possibly causing some pressure on nerves running from the neck to the fingers?
If I try to suppress a sneeze I get shooting pains down both arms - apparently nerves getting squashed. So I let my sneezes out like an old man - enough to scatter a crowd..!
I had a cold around Xmas, I sneezed while sat on the sofa and thought I was being electrocuted. It felt like loads of little pockets of pain in different parts of my back and arms and loads of tingling in my fingers. Does make you scared to even breath though.
