Always been a martyr to my ears, they 'really' get on my nerves. They always feel itchy inside and i have bother with ear wax buildup.
Well,it had to happen,i purchased one of those ear cleaners which is like a pen with a scoop and light on the end,i was pretty horrified by the first thing i noticed, which was what looked like a round, black plastic bead??
I though what the hell'that' can't be part of my ear!!But switched quickly across to the other ear and there's one there too! What in the hell are they?I was expecting pinks, browns and reds to make up the inner pallet of my ears, not shiny black!!
Here's a pic!

I would imagine it's probably your ear drum and you might want to be careful prodding too much in there...

"The eardrum is a light-grey colour or a shiny pearly-white. Light should reflect off the eardrum surface."

It's a normal ear drum.
The lighter thing in the middle going to 2 o'clock is the malleus bone (Hammer).
With a normal light reflex (reflection) below).

My drum is for sure down a long canal, I am amazed your drum is still intact being so close.

Charge your battery sir! And stop sticking things in your ear, it won’t end well!

Don't be daft, that looks nothing like a cervix, nullip or multiparous.

Where the f are 'normal' spiders these days? The last couple years and especially this year I am walking through and find webs (not proper nicely constructed webs like those of old) that are simply flimsy fluffy messes, seemingly everywhere from on walls, gates, fences attached to this and that - everywhere!

If you're a vet I'd love to know what animal you think has a cervix like that!
