any recommendation's for a sleep /night guard in the uk ? thinking one of these places you do an impression and mail it away

You can buy a kit online and 'mould' it yourself at home. The wife uses them to prevent teeth grinding and got fed up of paying for ones from the dentist as she eventually wears them out!
