Random dioreaha, could it be heat?

Had two cases of this now, go to bed feeling normal then within an hour or so terrible belly ache ,no urge to poo as such..I get extremely sweaty and weak,visit the toilet and have my insides drop out , then pretty much back to normal,no repeat visits needed

Not been eating any dodgy food that may cause of it

Never had it come and go so fast

Bug or sun stroke?
