I have yes….

I can’t remember any dramatic changes - I think I was taking it to reduce anxiety / stress. However, the most progress I made was dealing with / managing my anxiety and the root cause etc. over any supplement.

That said - placebo is a hugely powerful mechanism and maybe worth trying if you believe it’ll help.

Ive been taking it for about a 18 months, I take it in gummy form before bed with a magnesium tab, sleep has improved hard to prove anything but it tastes nice.

Yes it's supposed to relax you and help you sleep, amongst other things, including boosting testosterone.
I've just ordered 3 months worth of tablets..... I've read you're not supposed to take them continually for more than 3 months at a time.

I took it years ago for a few months. No noticeable effects, good or bad.

Try the KSM 66 version, its slightly stimulating so take it in the morning.

It’s an adaptogen so nothing really should ‘happen’, it just calms the nerves, and for me, reduced the level of stressful thoughts - things just don’t affect me emotionally as much. Great for highly political and stressful workplaces.
