I was thinking a lot about this and how I could have helped her .Girl about 25 vomited everywhere outside entrance with a migraine .after that she went in to the shop for a few bits and I could tell it was a struggle .
Speaking as someone who had migraine with nausea for years (although it’s better at the moment ) I naturally wanted to help but couldn’t think of any other ways to help .other than a few basic questions I wasn’t much help. Even offered to take her home but didn’t want any help .

I could have just been there waiting in the car and then might have got in ?

You could have offered to clean the vomit up to stop other customers slipping over on it.

I'd have suggested to her she fked off home and had a lay down in a dark room, instead of throwing up all over the path.

Poor woman, hope she got home ok. Sounds like you did the best you could in the circumstances, in fact offering to take her home wile she was chundering was very selfless.

Yes that’s happened to me on many occasions with migraines .probably why I was so eager to help
.for mild headaches I find the roll on stuff on forehead works well.

The woman thought it was because she drank too much orange juice that caused it .I also found that can trigger it .
