I’ve got one false tooth that is stuck to the tooth next to it with a metal plate, yesterday I knocked it out at work, saturday I’m the father of the bride at a wedding, I can’t get an appointment with the dentist before next week, any ideas what I can use temporarily to get me through the wedding, most of the products I’ve seen are for repairing dentures or crowns.

I know of a guy who used araldite to repair a tooth. He spent 10 days in hospital with blood poisoning or something like it. It was over 20yrs ago.

The Op wants a temp fix to his denture to it's frame though :-) I'd have thought that once hardened it would be inert?

That said, I don't understand the bit about it being stuck to an adjacent tooth on a metal plate.

The guy I knew was rushed to hospital due to the burning of the reaction. He was subsequently kept in for a long time. He was a local Hells Angel and was ripped about it for years.

Look up a local Dental Repair Technician, cost you £40-£60 to get sorted.

It'll be a bridge. I had one for years, and latterly it fell off quite frequently.

If it’s on a denture or plate I would look up a dental lab as above. I have some teeth on a denture and broke it twice. First time I gave the dentist £150. I saw the name of who repaired it. Next time it got dropped and damaged badly. Dentist said it would be a week. I zipped round to the lab and he fixed it in 45 mins for £30 whilst I had breakfast in spoons.

It is a resin bonded bridge. None of the above methods will work I'm afraid.
Although its not considered an emergency for NHS purposes, call the out of hours NHS service in your area and they may take pity on your situation. If not, google private emergency dentistry and see what comes up.
If you were near me, I would sort for you..

It’s called a Maryland bridge but it just bonded to one tooth not two, it took me about 10 minutes to get through to reception so I know I’ve got no chance of an appointment.
I’m in oxford.
