Does anyone here use any kind of sleep tracking device that isn't a Fitbit or a smartwatch?

Ideally something very simple that might help me get a handle on my very peculiar sleep patterns.

I use an Android app called Snore Clock that displays an all night long recording with red bars showing when you got noisy - you can play back your nocturnal trumpeting too. It can also be set to make a noise when you make a certain amount of noise.
There seem to be loads of others in Play Store.

I use a Whoop band. Great bit of kit!

It's not a 'fitbit' and its not a smartwatch

I use this. Rate it.
tho it seems to be not hearing me, cos it says no snoring; which I don't believe.

But it gives me lovely graphs of my REM, Deep. Light Sleep based on my breathing pattern through the mattress. And # of wake-ups etc.

Interesting post this... i'm looking at an Oura Ring but online reviews are marmite.
I'll post a thread in general gassing to see if there's anyone with one, but it's meant to be an incredible bit of kit and not intrusive to wear.
Most neagtive reviews are aimed at Customer Service BTW

I looked at that but was unsure of what the charges would be. There seems to be a monthly/annual charge as well as the cost of the band, is that so or can you just buy the band and download the app?

Both the Whoop and Oura want you to pay a monthly fee. Withings sleep thingy doesn't seem to, so that's a win in my books.
