So I find it difficult to relax to, anyone here find it difficult to achieve whatever results you were after?

Yes, I tried hypnotherapy years ago to give up smoking and just spent the whole session thinking 'I can't wait for this to be over so I can have a fag'. Didn't work for me at all (NRT did).

It worked for me, very relaxing.some people just aren't susceptible though.

I don't think I can be hypnotised but ironically the hypnotists have been hypnotised into believing everyone can be.

A good hypnotist knows that they can't make someone do something that they don't want to do.

I had some hypnotherapy treatment once, spent the whole time listening to the bloke thinking "this is a waste of time", it was.

All that "and back into the room in 3 2 1" bks and I spent most of the time thinking about what to do when he'd finished
