Baby 18 month sleep regression
Discussion
Well after having decent sleep for 18 months it appears to be over.
He'd go down at 630 before, he did have a bit of a cough/cold that's now gone but this week he's flicked like a switch, he goes down after a bottle for 20 minutes then just wakes up and crys like he's in pity.
He's gone down the last few nights and then woken up every 2 hours, last night we got 12-7.
1. We want to comfort him but I think this is separation anxiety
2. What the hell do we do?

Firstly, you are doing a great job, so don’t worry about anything. Everything is just a phase and it will pass.
IMO the best thing is the thing that gets everyone the most sleep, else home just isn’t a nice place to be.
We ended up getting a double bed for our 2nd, and one of us just slept with him if he kept getting up in the night.

We just brought him downstairs for a bit and a bottle of milk has sent him off.
It's fascinating to see the development.
