TLDR:

I had surgery in December and suffered a Haematoma after which caused bleeding from the stitches. The area of the scar which stopped bleeding last is attached to the lump still present from the haematoma. What is the likelihood this will sort itself without needing corrective surgery? Would really like to avoid it if I can after the ordeal this has been!

Full story.....
A week before Christmas I had a vasectomy reversal. The morning after I was in agony with a shooting pain in the right side and I started to 'bruise' significantly from my groin all the way round my thigh, backside, round my back and up both sides of my body. Was prescribed pain killers and anti-inflamatories but despite this my sack ended up the size of a cricket ball.
Fast forward to Christmas morning and the wound released and I had a considerable bleed. (Probably should have gone to hospital at this point but stuck a dressing over it and carried on)
Saw the surgeon in January, the Swelling had subsided considerably to the point it wasn't a concern, although, I was still bleeding from the stitches.
Finally stopped bleeding around the end of January but still had a considerable hard lump from the hematoma. As the lump has started to subside it is pulling part of my sack in with it, the last bit to stop bleeding is in some way attached to the lump.

For obvious reasons I really do not want to have to have surgery 'down there' for as long as I live!
Has anyone ever experienced similar or any doctors/surgeons on here able to say the liklihood of this sorting itself out with no further input from a surgeon?! It's now having a massive effect on me mentally as I can't stop worrying about it.

I'd be more concerned by the fact that you bled for over a month.
