Been trying to find a good resource to learn about foods and how they affect the body. Would prefer a youtube video with some humour / easy viewing than cold hard research papers if possible.

Something real worldy ?

Any recommendations please?

You could just try eating the fooddstuffs. Have your EPI pen on stand by for that one food that reacts badly. Dont eat that again.
It will be a good life lesson for you.

Xy causes the body to Ds

I just want to know more about the effects of stuff so i can plan my meals snacks depending on what i'm planning on doing etc.

If there's no simple answer that's cool.

About the best i can come up with is eating Pineapple makes your cum taste better. Apparently.

Beetroot does frightening things on the way out, too. And it tastes awful.

What, really, were you hoping to learn?

Although - you could try roasting 500g of Jerusalem artichokes with olive oil, salt, rosemary, and garlic. Delicious. Eat 'em all down in one serving.

There may be some effects to learn about.

Youtube is likely the worst place in the world to look for this stuff, and nutrition likely the worst subject to look for there.

99.99% of what you will find there is utter bollcoks.

This looks like it might be a good start;

He's not a real doctor, and I stand by my point that Youtube is Where the Loonies Are.

That being said, he doesn't sound as bonkers as some.
