What's your resting heart rate?
Discussion
My apple watch suggests 46-52 at the moment. Internet seems to think that's low unless I'm super-fit?
Nearly 50 years old, about 2 stone overweight, I tend to run 10k a week on average, and cycle between 50-100 miles per week. So I am fairly fit but not super-fit.
I do get very very light-headed if I stand up too quickly, vision gets a bit dark for 5-10 seconds then all is well, blood pressure is fine.
Doctors required?

If the question is, "should I see a doctor?" and you don't normally see a doctor, then the answer is yes. (If you are always pestering the doctor for something that turns out to be nothing, well, it is probably still yes but with reservations that you probably need to seek help for the anxiety, too!)
Predictably the thread has turned into a competition lol
I'm not going to fuel it.
In terms of athletes, 25 bpm would be about the record:
"When it comes to the biathlon, there’s one man who has dominated the sport in recent years: France’s Martin Fourcade.
Fourcade has won three consecutive world championships and he’s won two Olympic gold medals — but on Monday he showed the heart it takes to be a champion. Literally."

Low resting hr in those involved in endurance exercise is a measure of fitness, not health. Too much endurance style training increases the likelihood of arrhythmia and fitting of a pace maker in later life. LVH is also a factor to be considered, the younger you start training the more likely this is to develop.Rather than brag, I was a bit concerned about how low my heart rate was, about 42 bpm resting avg and not particularly active, certainly not compared to others in here with low heart rates. I read into a condition called Bradycardia but it doesn't seem like something to worry too much about if not causing any issues.
