Over 50 with multiple health conditions. Holiday insurance
Discussion
I’m a reasonably fit & very active 52 year old but have multiple health conditions.
I take 250+ tablets a week. Conditions include psoriatic arthritis, nerve damage & pain from numerous spinal surgeries, high blood pressure, borderline diabetes & slightly elevated/ erratic cholesterol.
Most of the conditions stem for the 3 arthritis meds I take & half of the tablets counter the side effects.
Previously, Lloyds would take a small payment on top of their account included holiday insurance but since turning 50, they won’t touch me.
Anyone got actual experience of holiday cover for people in my position?
Cheers,
Simon

Another vote for Staysure.
About 5 years ago my dad had a heart attack on a cruise ship while in Norway.
They REALLY looked after my mum too, Put her up in a hotel near the hospital. Phoned her every day to make sure she was ok.
Doc reckened it would have been about £100,000 bill. with the medivac back to UK as well.
No hassle, they sorted everything. Just brilliant from start to finish
