Anyone tried these, and is there any benefit especially when sat at a computer screen all day?

I'll soon be ordering new glasses and I notice that there is often an option to have lenses with blue light blocking filter.

I have them in my Reading Glasses. Only cheap £5 ones but find they reduce the glare.

I also use the Night Light setting on my Home and Work Laptops and External Work Screen.
Windows Key and type Night Light if you are not familiar.

No harm but no clinical benefit either. They look odd as they have a yellow tint (to absorb the blue end of the spectrum) and a very blue AR coating (reflecting the blue end of the spectrum).
All the big manufacturers ofer one but they are rather quiet about promoting it now. Make of that what you will.

Thanks, think I'll just opt for the anti glare option, I work at a computer screen all day, and by night I'm on my laptop!!
