Eye Stye Keeps Coming Back

So I've got a persistant eye stye on my lower eyelid / eyelash base. Normally the type of thing one hopes will just go away, but this pesky stye keeps reappearing. it will grow, pop, remain fallow for a few days then start growing again.

Some things I have tried:

Antibiotics but after a month of taking them has made no difference
Regular eye bath with a cotton pad and warm watter
Regular cleaning with eyelid cleaning solution

Anyone had similar? How did you rid yourself of this unsightly affliction?

Get it removed

I had two through extreme stress / anxiety and poors just blocked up

Turmeric is supposed to be good but not for me

Go see Dr and they will recommend a specialist - literally pulled open eyelid and removed

Is it a stye (infected eyelash) or a blocked oil duct (chalazion - hardish lump)? Styes usually clear up pretty quickly with antibacterial eye drops (over the counter stuff is rubbish and not strong enough). A chalazion can sometimes be massaged with hot compresses and they 'release'. If not they can be removed under a local anaesthetic but it's sometimes a long process to get a referral if it's not causing too much pain / inconvenience.
