Hi,

So a friend has been taking lots of a wide variety of probiotics to fix some gut issues he has, however, he noticed it reduced his weight as this apparently reduced the ability of the body to consume the fat in a diet and possibly aids burning of it, anyway, I was looking for some soil antibiotics and found that dried onion can have antibiotics in it. I am looking to reduce my weight and especially belly fat, as part of a good diet including exercise. Do any of you use probiotics with the intention of reducing fat and has it worked, if so which did you buy? He suggested soil probiotics and apparently even onion granules can help. I do actually consume a considerable amount of low fat or zero fat yogurt but I understand there are man othr types of bacteria to be had. Thanks in advance.

Yes - consume several teaspoons of onion granules along with a grain of soil antibiotic and you will notice the weight drop in your waist area.

No need for dietary or exercise change at all.

There are loads of products from myprotein et all that block fat absorption. I was tempted but you think about it and go hmm so where does it go - straight through I suppose, and fat is pretty slippery stuff - oh, and look at the side effects list 'anal leakage'.. I decided to go without the pills

I agree with what Badda says, and the serious tone he uses.
