I’ve always been a big lad and at 6ft tall, spent 40years of my adult life between 16 and 17stone , depending on season.
A couple of years ago, I picked up a foot injury which was slow to heal, and reduced mobility meant I was putting on more weight.so decided to help recovery by losing a bit of weight.
I cut out a lot of bread, and fatty food, beer and snacks and over 18months or so managed to lose over 3 stone. For the past 6-9months my weight has been steady at 13st 10lbs.
I’m now quite happy with my weight and have no ambition to lose any more, but I just wondered how healthy my diet is and whether there’s anything missing from it?

Breakfast
Branflakes and sultanas with a banana chopped on top withSkimmed milk

Lunch
Unbuttered bun, smear of mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato and slice of lean cooked meat.
Yoghurt and half a kitkat

Dinner
6 days a week, white meat with vegetables and potatoes or rice or pasta in some form with the occasional vegetarian meal. The seventh day is always roast beef dinner.

Drink
Most, but not all nights dinner is accompanied by a single glass of wine or a bottle of beer.

I don’t eat fish or seafood of any sort, I just can’t stomach it and apart from bananas and berries, I’m not a fan of fruit.

Regular as clockwork. Every morning between breakfast and Pop Master.

Always a good sign, along with consistency.

Good work on losing that weight. A foot injury can really play havoc with your weight for the reasons you give.

Suggestions, depending on how hard you want to push.

Breakfast: swap bran flakes for oats and skimmed milk for water. Leave to soak overnight in the fridge. Try blueberries/raspberries/blackberries (frozen) occasionally. They will thaw overnight in the fridge with the oats.

Lunch: skip the Mayo, triple the meat and triple the lettuce. More filling, fewer calories. Replace the bun with a thin bagel or two slices of Hi-lo. Drop the Kit Kat - empty calories and not even quality confectionary! If you hanker after chocolate find the one with the highest cocoa content you like and have a square.

Dinner: drop the pasta - stick to potatoes or rice. Lots of veg will fill you up without add calories. You don’t say how you’re cooking this stuff, but the low cal options are steaming the veg and using spray oil only where necessary. Add booze every other night.

During the day: drink lots of water. If you need to snack, a small pack of blueberries or raspberries, or an espresso cup’s worth of nuts is a good option.

Good luck!

Thanks for the suggestions, but as I said from the off, I don't want to lose any more weight.
The daily diet I've posted is the one that saw me lose 3 stone and keeps me at a constant weight that I'm happy with.
My last cholesterol reading was 3.82, which I'm told is fairly good for a man over 60, so I'm not looking to knock off, what little joy and taste a smear of mayo and half a KitKat add. I've completely cut out butter and cheese of which at one I used to eat mountains
The thought of very cold watery gruel for breakfast, seems a fairly miserable start to the day.☹️
My reason for posting was to see if there's anything missing from my diet

I don’t understand how something nutritionally rich like milk is considered unhealthy?

Other than fruits and fish that you said you don’t like, how often do you eat eggs? Not only packed in protein and essential nutrients they also make you feel full so less likely to snack. I’ve replaced breakfast cereals with eggs in the morning for some time.
