Lost my job at start of Covid, was good money. Struggled to find another job, took them, but struggling with anxiety etc, and most jobs are very low wages, probably gone through 20 plus jobs, as fearful of people due to being high risk from CV19.

Really struggling to find anything decent and stuck in rut really, just finished a call Centre job after 3 weeks, had a call with someone saying they where gong to top themselves and just couldn't deal with it, No support from my employee, sort of left to deal with it yourself, minimum wage contact for government type stuff..

I've been to the doctors etc, tried mental health support but just didn't work. Debts mounting up, just not sure what to do. Stuck in limbo land with no support from state, don't tick the boxes even though have long term major heath condition.

This isn't a cry for help just wondered if anyone can suggest anything, as no really family support in these matters, besides money.

Ws thinking of doctor signing me off but won't help the situation long term?

Sorry to hear about your situation.

What is it you're interested in? The fact you're on this site suggests you do have an interest in something!
Maybe sit down somewhere quiet but unfamiliar and write down everything that you're good at and everything that you want to do in life. This is a good starting point.
Keep going!

You’ve started by mentioning it here but do you have a good friend you could talk to?

Going to the doctors is a good move too, they don’t just sign you off, it might be constructive.

Wish I could be more constructive than saying if you’re in the Bristol/Bath region pm me and we can grab a beer. Definitely not easy times at the moment, things will get better - but here and now must be tough. Good luck op.

The issue is, i take medication that has massive impact on your mood, so few days after any little thing can blow up. it has changed me, one of the side effects is S tendencies.

It is a mixture of medication, past few years, as missed out on any CV support and things mounting up. Got friends but wouldnt really help.

I don't want signing off as hoping i find a decent place, but after the plethora of jobs i think it might never happen.

Appreciate what you mean, i have mates, it is more the job wise being around other for long periods of time, then things triggering me.

I thought this last job was the answer but just can't deal with certain things.

You are not alone, talking to others really helps though. Look for the locations on the below website, the biggest step is the one through the front door.
