I am mid way through my workout today (one arm pullup progressions, ring PPUs, some ab work) and I definitely feel like I need a break, which I will take over the Christmas period.

After almost 2 years without being in a gym I am beginning to miss it. I think I will rejoin in the new year and get back into weights for my leg workouts, some weighted calisthenics and do some cardio. Maybe do some vanity curls as well hehe

This year I have made some real improvements on the upper body calisthenics side of things so I don't want to mess around with stuff too much, specifically the trap of doing too much volume or just putting in extra exercises to bulk out a program.

That sounds impressive.

My single 2022 fitness goal is to finally break 22 minutes for a Park Run. Using a combination of short gym sessions (treadmill and rower) and longer runs in the Peaks.
