Anyone have an Acoustic Neuroma?

I have had this diagnosed and was 10mm in size in Feb this year. I have steadily lost more of my hearing, more tinnitus and varying amounts of dizziness since. A few weeks ago I had an MRI which shows its grown to 16mm so 6mm in 9 months but the consultant still says its nothing to worry about.

Anyone in the same situation or have you had surgery/radiotherapy?
