medical spa

so have big birthday coming up and would love to be pampered / mot'd etc with proper bond style medical spa. anyone know of any / been to one? thinking vitamin infusions etc not just some crap massage in a tired old hall in england. is there anywhere in england like that or is it super expensive german ones etc?

The patients pad across from the hospital to the spa in their slippers and gowns.

We used to go if the snow was rubbish at the end of the season and try and club together to buy one cocktail in Swiss money.
