Throat issues after sinus infection

Just had a lengthy bout of sinus infection, bad throat, colds and the snot has now stopped out the nose and when being coughed up but im noticing im really struggling with a my throat at night and it feels like ive got something pushing against my voice box if this makes sense.

Other thing we've had in the house is hand/foot/mouth caught by my son we both think we caught in some capacity (without the red boils lol).

It seems fine when i'm sat up this morning.

Is this what I read as Nasal drip or could my throat still be repairing from ulcers/blisters?
