Came off my bike last Sunday after puncturing and the front wheel went out from under me. Helmet is scrap. Xrayed and broken clavicle and dislocated shoulder. It hurts like hell, especially when the painkillers subside, it is frustrating at what you cannot do. The wife reckons I am the worst passenger ever as well. I suspect we'd be in the divorce courts after 20 mins driving together.
I have broken my clavicle and dislocated it as well. I have a meeting with the shoulder specialist at our private hospital on Thursday and the NHS fracture clinic Friday.
Any experiences of healing time?

Yes! Broke mine running at the beginning of July, 14 weeks ago. I was walking straight away, running after 6 weeks riding static 8 weeks and road riding and driving after 10 weeks. The pain was unreal ! Went through boxes of ibuprofen and paracetamol! Pay attention to physio and diligently do the exercises . The bone healed quickly but the mobility of my shoulder very impaired and stretching, painful stretching is where I am now.

Collarbone 8 weeks-ish, shoulder you'll have to be aware of for much longer.

That’s a nasty injury. It’s good that you are getting a prompt opinion from an expert. It’s possible that you might need surgery as a fracture associated with a dislocation can be unstable. The specialist will tell you all about what to expect. Hope it goes well.

Update on shoulder! Visit to specialist today then X rays. Discussion afterwards, I am having it plated next Thursday at KIMS which is a private hospital
In Maidstone. I have made a good job of it! Rest of body OK. Quicker recovery so should be back flying slightly quicker.

OK ish thanks. I had broken it in two places, one around 20mm from the shoulder the other around 70mm from the shoulder. Had it plated, 8 screws, realigned & glued/bone graft on the 21st Oct. Going back this evening for follow up with Prof & new X rays.
Will see what he thinks. Grumbles most of the time but hurts like hell on occasions.

What painkillers are you taking?
I had my wrist straightened, plated and screwed on Saturday and am on 2x30mg cocodamol and 500mg naproxen and although far from pain free I'm feeling a lot better than I was the first couple of days after surgery.

The CoCodamol & either 1G of Paracetamol or 500mg of Ibruprofen. You alternate them. Wife is an SRN so meds administered by the book. The meds dul the pain, but as they wear off you forget you have a knackered shoulder & go to do something.... Ouch! I am also trying to take less as time goes on.
Mrs tr7v8 redressed the wound yesterday & it looks OK. Lots of stitches & steri strips though.

Not yet, I suspect that the prof is going to say start that when I see him tonight. AXAPPP already approved 20 sessions, I have a feeling that will hurt!

Yes it will! During and after but 'level 4-5' as they say! Don't shortcut physio at all. Mine said a lot don't bother and complain about poor recovery.
