Ablation for atrial fibrillation

Hi all
Had a catheter ablation Tuesday to treat my atrial fibrillation
I’ve had af for 5 years. Not really bad like some people but get it about once a month
My cardiologist suggested the ablation in January and it was done the other day
I was scared tbh before hand. But it went well according to the consultant.
Now to rest. And heal the heart. Anyone else had the same ?
Any tips on a good and healthy recovery?

In my area your GP can refer to to your local gym and they have a specific heart recovery class. Worth investigating.
