That's a common side effect, I assume you're taking them with food?

Try eating ginger biscuits. They help my passengers when we go flying smile

Had some ginger tea thing, seems to be helping.

Definitely trying to take them on full stomachs, but hard when you have no appetite in the first place.

You could try chewing a Cinnarizine tablet, brand name Stugeron. They are for travel sickness, but you can get them across the counter in pharmacies and chewing one before swallowing will speed up the uptake into the system.

Eating yoghurt seems to had helped.

Poo is really pale which might be the 10KG of paracetamol/ibuprofen consumed the last two weeks lol

This could signify Liver problems, don't ignore it and let your GP know. (easier said than done currently...)

phoned the GP and got a garbled ring back from someone speaking half English, she was about as much help as a chocolate teapot.

Said it was normal to see pale stool and carry on....I've felt st and gassy on my stomach today and had no green stuff coming out my nose for two days so im having a day off to see how it goes.

They'd given me 10 days worth and im on day 5.

Agree, antibiotics destroy your gut biome, probiotics should be taken regardless everyday.

There’s a fair amount of research that would disagree with you.

I’d be interested in seeing any reputable research showing Pyridoxine as an anti-emetic or anti-nausea agent.

Have researched a bit this evening. I was incorrect! Unless OP is pregant B6 isnt as useful as i thought. Seems ginger would help more! Apologies.

Paul, perhaps instead of just disagreeing, could you suggest something that would be helpful?

I’ve already done that. I posted a suggestion on Thursday.

NICE seem to show its effective, albeit combined with an antihistamine.

Anecdotally I’ve heard it’s useful too so mildly interested in the contrary.

That’ll be because of the Doxylamine, not because of the Pyridoxine.
Actually that’s a really old formulation called Debendox which was withdrawn in the 80s and has been brought
back under another name. I remember that there was a lot of bad publicity about abnormalities being caused in early pregnancy and Debendox was blamed. It was about all that could be prescribed for morning sickness.
This is about ten times the price
