Silver surfer I’m sorry to read this - do you have people around you to support you? My dad had GBMIV and also a friend of ours. Not sure where you’re based but if there’s anything I can help with (even just an ear at any point) please shout.

Sorry to hear of your diagnosis.
My father had the same.
Spent A long time doing endless research into the condition and treatments.
My best wishes to you.

Hi Silver Surfer, very sorry to read that. My wife received that diagnosis in Nov 19. Happy to chat through my experience, via PM if you prefer.

My dad had this, he started taking cannabis oil which helped with his symptoms and appetite, and more importantly gave him some hope. Happy to discuss via PM if you wish, I did a lot of research at the time.

Interesting documentary on TV the other night, Tom Parker - Inside My Head. He was in a boy band called The Wanted apparently, and has the same thing. he's 32.

Might be worth a watch OP, assume it's on catch up, More 4 or whatever, as it was on Channel 4.

Sorry to hear of your diagnosis. I had brain cancer, diagnosed at 24, but fortunately was operable. I wish you all the best. If you need any support then Brain Tumour Support are a charity I've done work for, never used them myself but my mum did. May help to offload a little.

Ross.
