TDEE calculating activity levels?
Discussion
I wouldn't stress about it too much, Calculators are always a best guestimate anyway and different calculators can give you wildly different figures.
If you think moderate go with moderate. The only real way to know is to track your calories closely and weigh yourself consistently (i.e in the morning after toilet etc) over a week or 2 and check if weight is up/down/same and adjust from there till you find what your after, be it maintenance/deficit/surplus.
Its always going to vary by person with calculators, it could be spot on for you first time or too high/low. I am one of the few people who get to use the slow metabolism excuse. Every calculator for my height/weight/activity level recommends 2700+ calories plus for maintenance where as I actually eat around 2200 to maintain, I wouldnt even eat 2700 for a bulk let alone maintence.
