A very good friend of 72 years old seems to have changed very slightly to me.
His bottom lip,at times, seems to drop a bit and if he leans slightly forward then sometimes he may dribble.
He's a cleaver chap and keeps busy mentally but not so much physically. He's a big lad also and has had pneumonia in past and recent blood tests tell him he really should have a prostate exam.

Is it something to worry about?
It's difficult to get him to go to a doctor and we may have to gang up on him in order to get him to go to an appointment.
So any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like you need a pack of tissues with you next time yousee him. Subtle hints sometimes work better than ganging up on him.

My father has parkinsons, unfortunately the dribble was an early sign missed by everyone. The swallow mechanism starts to go and the head tilts forward causing a dribble.
I'd get him an appointment.

Was about to say, my mum's late partner had the same and it was ultimately Parkinson's. OP - get him checked...

My late father in law had a similar thing that was initially diagnosed as bells palsy but as it eventually turned out his skin cancer had moved to the nerves in his face frown
