im going around in circles trying to sort this
my nhs app lists me as having az then pfizer but i actually had az then az the website says phone gp

so i phone gp they say they cant update it phone 119 i speak to several different departments on 119 non can help but one says you need to call your local clinical commisioning group.

i call them they say its not them then give me another number

i call that number they sauy its not them and then put be through to a tesco mobile!

i mean how hard is it A to get the infocorrect in the first place and B make a process that works with the correct info available

so anyone here know who the hell i should call i thought maybe the A-Team but it may be a bit ott

You need to speak to the centre that did your vaccine, or the organisation that ran it.

It it was at your GP practice, ask to speak to the manager or the deputy.

It was done in a pop up place so trying to find out who was doing it is proving hard

Will be either NHSE or the CCG that covers the geographical area the pop up was in.

Your GP practice cannot help as they don't have the central record.
