Self isolating after having covid

So after having my holiday and partners birthday destroyed by contracting covid 2 weeks ago, my self isolation finally finished Saturday and LFT is showing negative.

My partner somehow didn't get it at all during this time but is starting to feel unwell now, if the worst was to happen and she tests positive in the coming days, do I need to restart the self isolation period as we are in a household together even though I've just come out of it? tlive looked online but the small amount of advice is conflicting.
