Generally, ok, but sitting at my desk is pretty hard work.

Shoulder pain and into my elbow on the left side.

If I stand upright and put my chin to my chest I can really feel it pull, and then if I turn to the left it pulls pretty bad too. If I pull my shoulders up it relieves it, if I relax and shoulders drop it really pulls too.

To the right is fine though.

I just hoofed the mobile aircon lump around the house, and piggybacked my 4.5yr old to school so generally no issues... right up until I sit at my desk and it's crippling.

It's been going on for days, seems to have reached a peak now.

Anyone know what I've pulled, and what exercises best to relieve?

Thanks for any advice!

Have you had a Covid jab in that arm?
There's a thread on here about it upsetting your shoulder

Stand up, turn your head so you face away from the affected shoulder/arm. Keep your head twisted, body straight and look down at your feet. Then with your good arm put your hand over to the back of your head and pull down gently so you are look at your hip. Hold that position for a few seconds and see if the pain reduces.

Google "Cervical radiculopathy"

I'm suffering at the moment dosed up on codeine and paracetamol with physio every week.
