Is anyone here an ENT Dr?

My right ear has been blocked for a good while and I am waiting for an appointment with an ENT Dr, but I've noticed something odd when I swallow which has recently started happening.

I have some video of it, but basically when I swallow, something in my middle ear moves and pushes against the blockage which seems to move my ear drum. This thing that moves I have no idea what it is, but it is towards the top right just behind the drum.

If anyone is an ENT and might known what this is I would be happy to share a pic / video!
