Covid Vaccination status not shown correctly
Discussion
Hi all
Any one else had this and resolved it?
I have had both doses af the AZ vaccine, due to my work they where both from different vaccination centres about 12 weeks apart.
If I log on and view my Vaccine records on line it shows both doses with all the relevant info except both doses are listed as "Dose 1 of 1"
There is no dose 2 of 1.
If I log in to the NHS App it shows records but only 1 dose is shown this is the 2nd dose I had the first is not shown.
I called the 119 and asked if they could send me a confermation letter but it immediately errors saying I have only had one dose.
Everything says I need to contact my GP surgery so I have done this about 6 times now and they are adamant they can not update the records. The last one I should contact the vaccination centre but there is no contact details other than to just turn up.
Has anyone else had their record updated?
I travel a lot with work so it will be a pain not to have it shown.

I had the AZ jabs and they gave me a Covid Vaccination card which shows the batch number and date of both jabs. Did you get a card the first time you went?Any one else had this and resolved it?

Didn't get a card on the first one as they had run out but it showed on the system and when I booked my 2nd dose the system knew it was my 2nd dose.
At the vaccination centre for my 2nd jab they gave me a card and filled both lots of data on it but it would seem they have input it into the system wrong.
My GP surgery are next to useless and have no idea what to do.

It sounds like finger trouble from whoever inputs the data. I’m not sure how you’ll get round it, unless you have a third jab, from the original centre. At the vaccination centre for my 2nd jab they gave me a card and filled both lots of data on it but it would seem they have input it into the system wrong.

The NHS App is not bad, you have to register and do some biometric security stuff. I had to photo my driving licence then video myself reading 6 numbers so they can check it's you.
Then it all comes up, previous docs appointments test results medication etc. It's worth having even if you don't use it much.
Be even better if my vaccination status was correct.

Yep I think the 2nd vaccination was listed as 1 of 2 and that screwed the first one.
The problem is no bugger can fix it. I did manage to get a number for the vaccination centre but they had no idea how to alter anything.
Everything says my GP can change it but they say no.
I'm going to have make a doctors appointment to speak to them. When it comes down to it my medical records are wrong and someone needs to fix it.
