Looking increasingly like i have this and it’s bloody awful.

If anyone else has, what did you do that helped you cope with it?

I suffer from it every now and again, just had a do of it this weekend, all i do is take it very easy and lay on the sofa till it eases up, at times its like being drunk, no balance and feeling sick, hope it passes for you soon.

Thanks for replies, yes it’s bloody awful. Been advised to take stugeron to help with nausea but was hoping there was a way round it rather than just resting up. Garage full of project work waiting and i can’t get off the sodding sofa!
