Exercise plan for hotel
Discussion
Looking for some tips please
I usually exercise 5 days a week, mixture of weights, shuttle runs and punch bag. I have weight bench, dumbbells, kettle bells barbell etc in my garage usually do 45 mins to an hour per day
I'm about to spend a week in a hotel with no access to gym but plenty of local outdoor space. Travelling by train so can't take much with me.
I'm not into running so don't want to be doing a long run. Wondering what suggestions are to exercise whilst I'm there, I'll likely be eating out most nights to really keen to get some solid exercise in.
Would appreciate some suggestions for work out routines please

Put a few emom's or amraps together.
Burpees, Push Ups, Sit Ups, BW Squats, V Sits, Pistol Squats onto a chair, Shoulder taps, plank, Active Plank, Star Jumps, Tuck Jumps, Lunges, Reverse Lunges, you can do hamstring curls by lying on the floor, put your heel on a chair with your leg at a right angle, and then lift yourself off the floor, then alternate legs.
