COPD Treatment

I have been diagnosed with COPD / Emphysema , and the long term treatment is a medication in powder form taken through an inhaler , bit like an asthma inhaler .It is called Seebri Breezhaler
I would like to hear from others who are using this treatment , with particular reference to side effects .
I normally have blood pressure in the higher range , which is controlled with normal medication , so in the range 120/60 am after meds to 160/75 by the evening
After 2 days in with the new COPD treatment my BP plummeted to 97/60 leaving me feeling light headed and feeling odd . this side effect is not listed as a recognised side effect . I will be checking again this morning before and after using the inhaler to see if my BP is still low
So my question is .Has anybody had a similar side effect ? I will certainly be checking with my GP later to report this.
