(Apologies if in the wrong section...)

£20-30 depending on the model. 4-5 star reviews on almost every site. Anyone got one and if so would you recommend it?

My current setup is a once-weekly shave with a Philips BT7500 stubble trimmer with guard off. That gives me a "one-day" growth look however its packed in so in the market for a replacement.

The ‘catch’, is it shaves very close, about ‘half day growth’. But still leaves very short stubble, so doesn’t feel smooth.

Perfect in my case as anything longer itches, and anything shorter gives me a rash.

If you want a stubble look you could use the guard, but that’s not its niche, and I would guess it doesn’t perform as well as a normal trimmer for that.

Just watch the battery type - the cheaper ones are NiMH while the priceier ones are Li-ion.

They are good but the replacement blades arent cheap, usually around £22 for 2. If you are thinking of using it as a daily use thing then they can dull themselves out pretty quick

Also, they fire the stubble everywhere. Better off with a mirror in the shower to avoid a mess!

Other than that, great :-)
