This week has been st. I thought it would be ok. I didn’t feel like this when my daughters died but Mum. It was expected, after a short but sudden illness, and I thought I was prepared.But fk me, waves of grief last night and I can feel another monster wave coming today. fk fk fk.

Don’t want anything, just a rant.

Really sorry to hear about the loss of your mum, not to mention your daughters previously too.

Go easy on yourself and I hope you have someone you can go to for support. If not, that’s what your GP, Mind, Calm and The Samaritans are there for. Don’t let anything fester if you need to get it out. And feel free to keep ranting away here too. I’m a bit of a lurker but there’s some great support in this part of PH.
