Feet! Fusions and osteomyelitis

Ok cutting a long story short....best foot forward and all that...
1st MTPJs fused on both feet and both revised. Plus the pip joint on R foot also fused and revision fusion which has lead to osteomyelitis in right big toe. Hardware is still in there including a sheared screw.
In total over the last 5 years I’ve had 10 ops on my platters of meat, currently on 4x1000mgs ABs a day to try and clear infection in latest hardware before they remove it all and start again.....
Sounds horrendous but I actually get about ok no limp or gait alteration and I still drive and ride m/cycles.
Anyone had anything similar?
