Years ago I wore braces to pull teeth into line. They stayed put for a year or so but moved back.

While there are invisible brace options I was wondering if anybody had experienced private dental surgery for a quicker and more permanent fix?

Hello, you seem to put invisible braces and private dentistry at opposite ends of the discussion.

You also appear to be asking if there is a quicker and « surgical » fix for your tooth, unless I’ve misunderstood.

Without seeing your mouth and radiographs (X-rays) it’s very difficult to say but for a single tooth (as long as it’s not rotated) clear plastic removable « splint » type braces can work well.

Exactly this. I'm not totally against invisible braces but if there was a procedure / op that could fix the tooth in hours / days rather than months, I'd take it.

This is a good example of the before: it's the two incisors I want pulled back again.

Understood. No quick fix for that I’m afraid. You’re probably looking at 6 months treatment with clear aligners (see through removable splints)
