Now the gym has opened up where I am (not in uk) and after not training for a year, I've finally got back into my stride and have quickly put on size.

I've been much bigger in the past of course, but during the pandemic, I cut my calories and reduced quite significantly, thinking I'll go for a more slimmer look.

However, just hitting light weights and doing few unintense circuits have yielded gains I wasn't expecting, I even picked up a back/neck pull that's restricted my workouts, so it's only this past two weeks I've got a more normal consistent routine.

I know about muscle memory, but after a year off, I'm surprised how quickly I've bounced back and I'm still building up my strength, which is coming quickly.

Happy with progress of course, maybe the time off did me some good!

Anyone else finding this?
