After one of these things for an elderly relative.

Any experience? Seen this one on amazon doubles as a transit chair which seems a good feature.

They seem pretty indestructible but everyone I see a patient using needs the brakes tightening. I assume though that's just because I'm the first remotely handy person they seen since they were given it.
