I am suffering from "brainfog", its been going on for a couple of months. Unable to focus my mind, easily irritable. Back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain. Right eye tries to keep shut. Reading has become more difficult. Headaches, earaches, jaw/toothaches.

Here is my reverse engineering analysis:

- 3 teeth missing in right lower jaw
- this causes temporomandibular joint dysfunction
- which in itself can lead to eyesight problems
- add lots of stress (work, general life)
- mattress too soft
- 8 hours/day in front of a screen because Zoom

Action items:
- buy new mattress and pillow
- buy rowing machine for back/shoulder exercise
- find daily de-stress routine (aready have a 30mins walk to and from the office every day)
- change work habits (more breaks) and workplace/desk setup
- consult doc re eye laser surgery
- see dentist re implants

Thoughts?

I have a very good friend who suffers badly with fibromyalgia.

Exactly the same symptoms although pain moves to her knees as well. 'Fibro fog' is another of the symptoms as well.

https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/fibromyalgia/symptom...

But according to many on here it's only for dossers.

ETA it started in her jaw which made me make the connection.

Reading glasses. Get some today from Boots then book an eye test.
Try to get more sleep.
Mouth guard may help with bruxism.
Rhodiola may help. https://examine.com/supplements/rhodiola-rosea/

Ben thank you so much!!!!!

it is really helpful reading the wiki article (spoiler alert: what an ester egg hidden in there!), which is very very interesting.
