Have you been dusting or hoovering recently. The dust in the air may be the problem.
We changed from a bagless vacum to a bagged vacum and this reduced my fiancees sneezing after we did the hoovering significantly.
Wife’s a bit OCD so no spring cleaning required. Definitely seasonal. We changed from a bagless vacum to a bagged vacum and this reduced my fiancees sneezing after we did the hoovering significantly.

OP, it's probably covid. They've pretty much cornered the market with every symptom man can get now.
You'll be off to the vets to be put down soon enough

I’m getting the usual start, but feel it’s early this year? Itchy eyes, runny nose. Not had the inflamed throat yet. Anybody else?
Winter hay-fever definitely running full tilt this 2020/21 winter. Plenty of catkins etc around as well as some winter-flowering shrubs.Hoovering isn't going to make any difference unless you can go out and hoover the great outdoors!
This season is an interesting case study because with reduced social mixing it's clearly not "just another minor cold"....
I've had severe symptoms the past few days, to the point of needing my Salbutamol inhaler, which is rare.
Triggers for me are:
Hazel catkins
Birch
Any Prunus family, ie flowering cherry
Rowan
I live in the boonies and am surrounded by these. Pretty as they are to look at, Spring is allergy misery.
I take half a Loratidine anti-histamine daily which seems to deal with the worst of it, topped up with full fat Sudafed (Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride) if it gets really bad.
