I have a few skin tags around my armpit, i find them annoying. I have cut them off in the past so I know they can bleed a fair bit but any other reasons not to cut them off with a sterilised razor blade then stick a plaster on them?

Much easier to order a skin tag remover pen from Amazon about £25, does a great job cauterising them then they turn black & drop off after a few days leaving no scars.

Home surgery is good.

I tend to use nail clippers.

And no, you won’t pick up Ebola and die.

The satisfaction factor of doing something yourself is worth more.

A drop of iodine every day until it/they dry up and fall off.
Be careful, stains like buggery.

i did this , works a treat , it basically burns them , they die and fall off , slightest bit of discomfort but nothing to complain about

Cut them off last night, bled a bit as expected but glad to be rid of the little buggers.

I cut mine with nail clippers and put my shaving Alum block straight on.

Stings for a couple of seconds, stops the bleeding..
