Anyone here had success with allergy ladders?

Our toddler (nearly 3, acts like a teenager and thinks he's 21) has dairy, gluten and soya allergies. We're going to start with a gluten ladder but I'm a bit skeptical about it's success.

My daughter was 3 last October and is allergic to wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts and certain fruits. It's an absolute nightmare so I can feel your pain! I keep thinking about, once lockdown is over and we start going out for dinner, it will be a nightmare. Before lockdown of course she was too little for it to be an issue but as she gets older the more of an issue it will become.

I haven't heard of an allergy ladder, could you elaborate?

Both of ours have inherited dairy allergies/intolerance from my wife.
Our eldest, now 5 has been on goats milk products for the last 3.5years, though he now seems able to have cooked dairy, and small quantities of ice cream, butter etc. Hopefully he grows out of it.
The youngest, 3.5yrs didn’t get on with goats or soya either so has been on coconut products. No sign of that letting up yet, if it doesn’t in the next few years a mechanism to ween her onto dairy would be good.
