what happened to suicide thread?

Difficult to see why, from memory I can’t remember seeing anything encouraging suicide, or anything condemning victims of suicide. It seemed to be an extremely empathetic thread.

I know, it's an fascinating discussion and especially for those who have been there, near it, or affected by it.

I was going to preface my earlier posts with 'getting in before the lock' because these threads are always shut down or locked.

I don't necessarily agree but I can understand why.

I definitely don't agree with it being removed, especially given that there will be many people who are experiencing difficulties with the current situation and as said above there were some quite encouraging stories of how others had faced or worked through their own struggles. So, thank you moderators, well done!

The thread has not been deleted, it was moved off the public forum due to a number of posts from one person which raised concerns for their welfare.
PH has made contact with this person.
Sorry if moving the thread has caused any upset it was done after due consideration and consultation, not just at the whim of a ‘power hungry moderator’.
