C19 5pct ineffective vaccine meaning?

Hi folks,

Don't think I saw this discussed, I've been googling but I cant seem to find an answer so maybe the data hasn't been released.

If the vaccines are for the sake of discussion around 95pct effective. I think this means 95pct didn't get symptoms. I'm wondering what happens to the other 5pct? From what I can find, it seems those people did get symptoms, but I cannot find any further detail than that.

I would like to understand more about that group, has anyone seen this sort of info?
