Once lockdown is over I'm starting at the gym again. PT booked already.

My trainers I've currently got are crap. I walked a few miles yesterday and my feet are covered in blisters.

I'm going to pop down to a local running shop once lockdown is over, but is there anything that I need to look for or avoid?

If anyone knows of anywhere that is worth going in Dorset or Yeovil area that would he great as well smile.

Trainers will be used for gym and running (most likely on a treadmill to start with).

If it is genuinely a local running shoe shop you have nothign to fear. Bring in an old pair of trainers and they'll look at the sole and then recommend you a better pair

Thanks smile.

They say they are a family owned shop and aren't a chain or anything.

They also have a machine to get your gait looked at.

Some of the prices though...ouch!
